For now, we are not able to ship to United Kingdom, Turkey or outside Europe.

Receiving the parcel
As soon as the parcel has arrived to the parcel machine, nearest pick-up point or post office at the destination, a text message (SMS) with all the necessary instructions on how to receive the parcel, will be sent to the mobile phone number added in your order. If the package is sent to a parcel machine, enter the code that you received by SMS on the touch screen display of the parcel machine. This will open the right locker door and the parcel is yours! Usually the parcel needs to be picked up within seven days from its arrival at the parcel machine.
Omniva machines
Omniva parcel machines are located outside and are therefore accessible any time of the day, including early in the morning or late at night. It is an easy option for those who come to collect their parcel by bike, with a baby stroller or a dog. Collecting the parcel is simple and takes no more than 15-30 seconds. Orders made on work days (Mon – Fri) before 15:00 are usually shipped the same day. Orders made on Friday afternoons (after 15:00), during weekends and on national holidays are shipped on the next work day. You can expect the parcel within 1-3 work days. Delivery times to Latvia and Lithuania vary.

Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt. To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact. READ INSTRUCTIONS
