Terms & Conditions – GlowStation by Orien Trade Instagram Giveaway

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by GlowStation by Orien Trade and is open to all visitors of Cosmoprof Bologna 2025.

2. Prize

Two tickets to Korea for ONLY ONE winner

3. Eligibility

Open to attendees of Cosmoprof Bologna 2025, held from March 20-22, 2025.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Employees of GlowStation by Orien Trade and their immediate families are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

To participate:

– Visit the GlowStation by Orien Trade booth at Pavilion 26 (A113-B117-C111) for companies or Outdoor Booth 26A for consumers.
– Take a photo inside or outside our booth, ensuring the GlowStation by Orien Trade or Orien Trade logo is visible.
– Post the photo as a public Instagram Story within 24 hours of taking it.
– Tag @glowstation_official in your Story.

5. Entry Requirements

– Entries must be submitted between March 20, 2025, 09:00 AM CET and March 22, 2025, 06:00 PM CET.
– Each participant can submit one entry per day.
– Entries must comply with Instagram’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

– One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
– The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message only by GLOWSTATION OFFICIAL Instagram (glowstation_official) on March 25, 2025.
– Winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected.

7. Prize Details

– The prize includes round-trip airfare to Korea. Accommodation, meals, and other expenses are not included.
– Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon between the winner and GlowStation by Orien Trade, subject to availability.

8. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to allow GlowStation by Orien Trade to use their submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Data Privacy

Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
GlowStation by Orien Trade reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway if necessary.

11. Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of Italy. Participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
