Beauty of Joseon Glow Replenishing Rice Milk is a lightweight Korean milky toner designed to provide long-lasting hydration while helping balance excess sebum and refine the appearance of pores. Inspired by the traditional Joseon-era use of rice water in skincare, the formula combines rice extract, rice amino acids and a unique dual-layer system to leave the skin soft, fresh and naturally radiant without a greasy finish.

The toner features a two-phase formula with a hydrating rice-infused layer and a powder layer that helps absorb excess oil. When shaken together, the two layers work to support the skin’s oil-moisture balance, making the product especially useful for combination, oily-dehydrated and shine-prone skin.

Rice extract and rice amino acids help moisturize and condition the skin while providing antioxidant support. Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate and hydroxyethyl urea further support hydration, while Centella Asiatica and dipotassium glycyrrhizate help soothe stressed or sensitive-feeling skin.

The formula also contains Ceramide NP to support the skin’s moisture barrier and kaolin to help absorb excess sebum. Despite its milky appearance, the texture feels light and refreshing on the skin and layers easily without stickiness.
