CELIMAX Ji Woo Gae Heartleaf BHA Peeling Pads are dual-textured Korean toner pads designed to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, remove excess sebum and refine the appearance of clogged pores while keeping the skin hydrated and comfortable. Formulated with 0.5% Betaine Salicylate (BHA), 1% Houttuynia Cordata Extract, Sodium Hyaluronate and a Cica complex, the pads help leave the complexion smoother, clearer and refreshed.

The formula contains 0.5% Betaine Salicylate, a gentle BHA exfoliant that helps loosen dead skin cell buildup and excess sebum from the skin’s surface and pores. Regular use helps improve rough texture, congestion and the appearance of blackheads without relying on harsh physical exfoliation.

Houttuynia Cordata Extract (10,000 ppm) provides soothing and skin-conditioning care, making the pads particularly suitable for oily, blemish-prone or easily stressed skin. Tea Tree Leaf Oil provides additional purifying care, while Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Madecassic Acid and Asiatic Acid help calm and support sensitive-feeling skin.

For hydration, glycerin, betaine and Sodium Hyaluronate help attract and retain moisture, preventing the skin from feeling excessively tight after exfoliation. Green tea leaf water and cypress water provide additional antioxidant and conditioning benefits.

Each pad features two different textures for customized care. The embossed side gently wipes away everyday impurities and dead skin cells across the face, while the more textured gauze side can be used on areas prone to congestion, such as the nose, chin and T-zone.
