HOW TO USE
Apply the lip tint to your lips with the applicator. You can either add the lip tint to the inner part of your lips, or you can outline your lips with the tip of the applicator and fill them in completely with the lip tint. If you want to create a bolder look, you can add a second layer of lip tint if desired.
