The formula contains Artemisia Vulgaris Extract 11,760 ppm and Artemisia Princeps Leaf Extract 240 ppm, both known for their calming and skin-comforting properties. These mugwort ingredients help support a more balanced-looking complexion and leave the skin feeling fresh, soft and soothed.

To maintain hydration, the toner includes glycerin, dipropylene glycol, glycereth-26, betaine, xylitol, pentylene glycol and propanediol, which help bind moisture to the skin without a sticky or heavy finish. Panthenol, allantoin, dipotassium glycyrrhizate and madecassoside help calm the skin and support the moisture barrier.
