VILLAGE 11 FACTORY P Skin Formula Toner cleanses pores and balances sebum. P Skin Formula Toner is a product with a low acidity level of pH 5.0 for the problematic skin type. Contains sparkling water that keeps pores clear and also herbal ingredients such as noni, green tea and chamecyparis leaves, which have excellent protective properties.

A hypoallergenic product with PHA acids and bark extract. Contains tea tree oil, which effectively controls sebum production!

HOW TO USE
